WIF releases the first ever DVL on Robinhood Chain

WIF is building a Decentralized Voting Layer on Robinhood Chain so anyone can join public onchain elections with 1 $WIF. Votes are burned, every eligible voter enters a prize draw, and creator fees can flow back into rewards.

WIF Is Building a Decentralized Voting Layer on Robinhood Chain

Every platform needs participation. Every token needs attention. In most crypto products, users generate the attention, activity, and volume while receiving very little of the value they help create.

WIF thinks that relationship can be different.

The project is built around a simple thesis: participating should be cheap, entertaining, and give everyone a fair chance to win big.

WIF is building what it calls the first DVL — a Decentralized Voting Layer — on Robinhood Chain. Anyone can take part in public onchain elections with 1 $WIF, while the economic activity around those elections is redirected back toward the people participating.

At current levels, a fraction of a cent can be enough to participate and have a chance to win $500.

That is the starting point for WIF.

What is a DVL?

It is an onchain layer for elections.

Instead of building another token around passive holding, WIF gives the token a simple recurring use: choose an option, send 1 $WIF to the wallet next to it, and cast a vote.

No wallet connect, no signing flow, and no complicated setup.

1 $WIF and 1 wallet = 1 vote.

The $WIF collected as votes is burned after the event, removing it from circulation forever.

Every eligible voter also receives one entry into the reward draw, regardless of which option they voted for.

The election decides the winner. The draw gives participants a chance to win.

These are two separate systems. That matters, because voters should not have to correctly predict the winning option to have upside from participating.

Crypto needs more winners

Most online engagement has almost no economic upside for the people creating it. You vote in a poll, comment under a post, join a community, argue about who is better, generate impressions, and move on.

The platform gets the engagement. The creator gets the attention. The participant gets almost nothing.

WIF wants to flip that dynamic.

WIF events are designed so that the people creating the participation can share in the value generated around it.

The entry can remain extremely small, while the potential reward can be meaningful.

You do not need a large portfolio. You do not need to stake thousands of dollars. You do not need to be early to a complicated DeFi strategy. You can participate with 1 $WIF.

Crypto has spent years making increasingly sophisticated financial products. WIF thinks there is also a very large market for making onchain activity radically simpler.

The first WIF election: Who is the G.O.A.T.?

WIF is starting with Crypto Twitter.

78 of CT’s own. One G.O.A.T. The vote runs 14 days.

The community will decide who becomes the G.O.A.T. of Crypto Twitter.

The first election begins with $10,000 guaranteed in rewards: a $5,000 G.O.A.T. Bounty for the winning KOL and a $5,000 Voter Prize Pool.

The KOL with the most verified votes becomes the G.O.A.T. and receives the $5,000 G.O.A.T. Bounty.

The voter pool starts with 10 winners receiving $500 each.

That means from Day 1:

1 $WIF can win $500. Importantly, voters do not need to vote for the eventual G.O.A.T. to win. Every eligible voter participates in the same draw.

WIF wants people choosing who they genuinely think deserves the title, rather than choosing whoever they think will maximize their personal reward.

The Vault

The initial $10,000 is only the guaranteed starting point.

Throughout the 14-day election, WIF’s creator fees accumulate inside THE VAULT with no cap.

If the event reaches 10,000 verified votes, 100% of those accumulated creator fees are released back into rewards.

Half goes to the Voter Prize Pool. Half goes to the G.O.A.T. Bounty.

At roughly 0.7% creator fees:

- $10M in event volume creates approximately +$70K in additional rewards.

- $100M creates approximately +$700K.

On the voter side, every additional $500 creates another winner.

If THE VAULT contains $50,000, $25,000 goes to the Voter Prize Pool, creating 50 additional people winning $500 each, while the other $25,000 is added to the G.O.A.T. Bounty.

So the first event starts with 10 voter winners. It does not necessarily end with 10.

What do the odds look like?

At 10,000 verified voters, the guaranteed 10-winner draw gives every eligible voter a 1 in 1,000 chance to win $500.

That is 1 in 1,000 odds to win $500 with an entry costing less than $0.004 — over 150,000x the entry value.

And that is only the starting point. Every additional $500 unlocked from THE VAULT creates another winner, improving the odds for everyone.

The participation flywheel

This is where WIF becomes interesting as a network.

KOLs want their communities to participate because they are competing for the G.O.A.T. title and a growing bounty.

Voters want more people participating because reaching the event target unlocks THE VAULT.

More attention creates more activity. More activity creates more votes and more volume.

Every vote permanently burns 1 $WIF. More volume creates more creator fees. More creator fees create larger rewards. Larger rewards make the event more interesting to participate in and talk about.

That loop is stronger because WIF activity does two things at once: it grows rewards and reduces circulating supply.

Imagine WIF at global scale. Every election, every community, and every new audience means more votes, and every vote permanently removes $WIF from circulation.

With 1B $WIF in circulation, 100M cumulative votes would burn 100M $WIF — 10% of the supply.

If WIF ever reaches that level of adoption, the voting unit can scale down too — from 1 $WIF to 0.1 $WIF, or lower if needed — keeping participation accessible while the burn mechanism continues.

Instead of extracting attention from the community, WIF recycles the economics created by that attention back into the event.

That is why the project thinks the reward system can scale far beyond a fixed marketing budget.

Why voting?

The internet is already one giant competition of opinions.

Who is the best trader?

Which community is strongest?

Which token has the strongest army?

Who is the greatest athlete?

Which artist is the G.O.A.T.?

Which country has the best food?

People already spend enormous amounts of time arguing about these questions. What is missing is a simple global layer where those opinions can become transparent onchain events with real outcomes and real rewards.

That is the role WIF wants to fill.

The first election is crypto-native because that is where the platform begins.

The format itself is much larger.

Crypto. Communities. Sports. Music. Entertainment. Culture. Politics. Eventually any subject where people naturally choose sides.

The WIF thesis

“World Is Flat” was never about conspiracy. For the project, it is a metaphor for removing the barriers that decide who gets access, who gets heard, and who gets an opportunity.

The internet flattened information. Crypto flattened access to finance. Tokenization is flattening access to ownership.

The same philosophy, WIF says, runs through the vision of @vladtenev and @RobinhoodApp — opening markets and opportunities that were historically controlled by institutions and gatekeepers.

WIF takes that idea into participation.

Geography should not matter. Portfolio size should not matter. Follower count should not matter.

Everyone starts on the same ground: 1 $WIF, 1 vote, and a real chance to win.

That is what a flat world means to the project.

WIF believes crypto becomes much more interesting when normal people do not need to understand complicated infrastructure to participate.

The user experience should be obvious. The cost should be negligible. The event should be entertaining. Participating should have upside.

WIF exists to give more people a chance to win. All you need is 1 $WIF.

One vote can be enough. One event can create thousands of winners.

G.O.A.T. 2026 is the first implementation of that thesis and the first version of the WIF Decentralized Voting Layer on Robinhood Chain.

This is V1. The platform starts with one election.

It scales from here.

And this is only the beginning. V2, the project says, will bring a lot more surprises.

Vote. Play fair. Have fun. Good luck.
