uDegen is not a financial advisor. All data, including metrics, trending lists, and responses from our AI chat, are for informational and entertainment purposes only.

• The "Trending Ladder" is based on algorithms, not endorsements.

3. User Accounts

4. AI Chat & Data Accuracy

• AI Limitations: Our AI chat provides automated insights based on available data; it is not infallible. uDegen is not liable for any losses incurred based on AI-generated suggestions.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Use automated bots or "scrapers" to extract data from uDegen without permission.
• Manipulate the "Trending Ladder" through artificial volume or spam.
• Use the AI chat to generate hate speech, illegal content, or financial scams.
• Attempt to breach the platform's security or reverse-engineer our proprietary algorithms.

6. Intellectual Property

The design, code, proprietary metrics, and branding of uDegen are the intellectual property of uDegen. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for personal use.

7. Limitation of Liability
